She commenced her career as an attorney and finance specialist for the Housing Services Center in Chicago, IL, for four years beginning in 1980.

Alongside her primary endeavors, Ms. Warshaw was a legal worker in the School of Law at the Northwestern University Legal Clinic from 1977 to 1980, having previously served as a real estate developer, manager, and marketer for the City of Chicago from 1961 to 1977. Likewise, she has been a board member, mediator, and secretary of the Single Room Housing Assistance Corporation with the Lebanon County Mediation Services.

Ms. Warshaw holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Southern California and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Northwestern University. Admitted to practice law in Illinois in 1980, she has additionally contributed her time and expertise to written works, including as a co-author of two books and co-editor of one book. Throughout her career, she has maintained affiliation with such prestigious organizations as the American Association of University Women, the League of Women Voters, the American Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.

As a testament to her success, Ms. Warshaw has accrued myriad accolades, including the Outstanding Leadership Award from the Single Room Housing Assistance Corporation in 1998. Likewise, she was most recently given a Certificate of Excellence and was named a Prominent Alumna of Sullivan High School in 2018. The Lebanon County Commission further named her to their Hall of Fame. Ms. Warshaw has been highlighted in the 30th edition of Who’s Who in Finance and Industry, the 34th edition of Who’s Who in Finance and Business, and the 69th and 70th editions of Who’s Who in America.
