Amassing more than 40 years of professional experience, Mr. Wusinich is a prominent attorney who has aided dozens of claimants throughout his illustrious career. Serving as a law partner with Wusinich & Brogan in Pennsylvania since 1993, he previously held his own private practice, the Law Offices of Joseph F. Wusinich III, for eight years. Prior to these roles, he was a law partner with Wusinich & McCarthy for five years and Landis & Wusinich for four years, having commenced his career as an associate house counsel at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company for two years. Alongside his primary endeavors, he has been chair of the medical health-related issues committee with the Pennsylvania Bar Association since 2000 and president of the board of trustees of Immaculata University since 1997.

To prepare for his career, Mr. Wusinich pursued a formal education at St. Joseph’s University, earning a Bachelor of Science in management marketing in 1968. He subsequently received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the DePaul University College of Law in 1974. After obtaining some hands-on experience in the field, he received a Master of Laws in trial advocacy from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1995. As such, he has been admitted to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania, as well as before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Prior to delving into the field of law, Mr. Wusinich was a coveted soldier, serving as a chief training operations officer and combat engineer officer in the 20th engineer brigade in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. In recognition of his service, he received the Decorated Bronze Star Medal and the Army Commendation Medal from the United States Army. Notably, he has also been selected for inclusion in several editions of Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in American Education, Who’s Who in American Law and Who’s Who in the World.
