Alan Schwartzseid, Attorney at Clayton & McCulloh, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of law.

An accomplished lawyer who immensely enjoys his work, Mr. Schwartzseid found fantastic success in the field of law. Working for Clayton & McCulloh, P.A., he is able to aid relatively small groups of people in maintaining the integrity of their communities, preferring this intimate work as opposed to working with large corporations. Mr. Schwartzseid values the direct relationships he has been able to create with his clients, planning on remaining with Clayton & McCulloh, hopefully becoming a partner. Prior to working with the firm, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with minors in business administration and Portuguese from the University of Florida as well as a Master of Business Administration in international business from Florida Atlantic University.

Though he had originally planned on pursuing international business, Mr. Schwartzseid earned a juris doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2008, enjoying working in the field of law. His bar admissions include eligibility to practice in Florida, as well as the United States District Court areas of the Southern District of Florida, the Middle District of Florida and the Northern District of Florida. Working first in the lender foreclosure field of law, Mr. Schwartzseid then entered the community association division of legal practice, greatly preferring the latter. Within the next several years, Mr. Schwartzseid plans on earning certification as a Circuit Civil Mediator, hoping to do this almost exclusively within the next 10 years. In recognition of his success, Mr. Schwartzeid has been given an AV Preeminent Rating with Martindale-Hubbell in 2018 and 2019 and has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2013 to 2018.
