Hardworking with a keen intellect, Ms. Dyleski-Najjar has dedicated her career to upholding the law and ensuring justice. She has served as managing partner and president of Najjar Employment Law Group, P.C., in Andover, MA, since 2008. She has previously worked as a partner with Wagner Law Group, P.C., in Boston from 2005 to 2008 as well as a partner of Hinckley, Allen & Snyder Boston from 1997 to 2005, among other positions. Ms. Dyleski-Najjar has earned a Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College in 1980 as well as a Juris Doctor from Boston University in 1983, graduating summa cum laude from both institutions. She has been admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court in 2013, the U.S.  District Court of Maine in 2013, the U.S.  Supreme Court in 2000, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit in 1984, the U.S. District Court of New Hampshire in 1989, and the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts in 1984. Her bar admissions also include eligibility to practice in Maine since 2012, New Hampshire since 1989 and Massachusetts since 1983. In recognition of her outstanding achievements, she has been inducted as a fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, serving as the chair of the credentialing committee of the 1st Circuit since 2016.

Throughout her career, Ms. Dyleski-Najjar has learned to know when to capitalize on opportunities, listen well, think creatively and maintain a good judge of character. She has undertaken career-related pursuits including, but not limited to, serving as the board director for the Boys and Girls Club of Lawrence since 2010 and a board member of Great Women to Know since 2008. She has been the vice chair and a board member of the Women’s Business Center, Inc., from 2005 to 2007 and a board member for Hospice Care, Inc., from 2005 to 2013. She has held membership with the Business Leaders Network since 2009, the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center alumnae committee on leadership in New Hampshire from 2004 to 2008, and the Austin Preparatory Advisory Council from 2001 to 2004. Furthermore, she has been recognized as an A-TEAM Member of the Society of Human Resource Management, a New England Super Lawyer listee since 2003 and has been featured in multiple editions of Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in American Law, Who’s Who in the East, Who’s Who in the World and Who’s Who of American Women.
