Crystal Eller, Attorney at Eller Law, LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in criminal defense.
With 25 years of professional experience, Ms. Eller has been an attorney with Eller Law, LLC, known locally as The Cowgirl Law Offices, since 1993. In this role, she represents clients in a wide variety of legal cases, focusing on criminal law as well as personal injury, plaintiff work, and real estate law. She is also well-versed in representing borrowers and homeowners in loan modifications, short sale negotiations, and debt resolution, having discovered a need for experts in the area during the recession. In addition to her role with her firm, Ms. Eller was also appointed as municipal court traffic commissioner for the City of Las Vegas from 2008 to 2010.
Inspired to pursue a career in the legal industry by a desire to help those who cannot help themselves, Ms. Eller began her career at Florida State University. She then studied law in Miami, FL, before transferring to the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL, where she earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 1993. Working her way through college by bartending and waiting tables, Ms. Eller is proud to have completed college debt free.
Attributing her success to her hands-on style and giving each of her cases the attention it needs, Ms. Eller personally works on every file in her office. She keeps her law firm boutique so that she can give each client personal attention. She has been admitted to practice in the states of Colorado, Nevada, and Florida, as well as before the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, and she is a member of the American Bar Association.
Looking toward the future, Ms. Eller intends to continue taking more personal injury and real estate cases, both of which allow her to work in her true passion of criminal law. In her free time, Ms. Eller enjoys horseback riding, gardening, and spending time with her family.
