He has been admitted to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania, as well as before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. District court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He has served on the Bucks County Pro Bono Program, the Montgomery County Child Advocacy Program, and the Bucks County Civil Rules Committee.
A leading voice in his industry, Mr. Barr maintains affiliation with the Defense Research Institute and the Montgomery County Bar Association. In recognition of his exceptional contributions to the field of law, he was selected for inclusion into Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and was named among America’s Top 100 Attorneys in 2017.
