G. Kenneth O’Mhuan, Attorney at Whidbey Law Group PLLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in law.
A respected leader in his field, Mr. O’Mhuan’s journey started when his mother gave him an ultimatum to become either a lawyer or a priest. He ended up choosing the former, and in 1969, he graduated from Gonzaga University with a JD in 1969. Since then, he has worked as a law clerk for the Washington Supreme Court Justice Marshall A. Neill and opened his own practice. The company has evolved over the years, and is now known as Whidbey Law Group PLLC. In his role with the firm, Mr. O’Mhuan focuses his attention on business, corporate, and commercial law, civil litigation, elder law, estates and trusts, intellectual property, and land use and property law.
One of the highlights of Mr. O’Mhuan’s career was working on a major revision of Washington’s probate code, which is now the basis of the system. He was also proud to further his professional standing by being admitted into the Washington State Bar Association in 2011 and by becoming a diplomate of Washington State Law Clerk Program that same year.
Looking to the future, Mr. O’Mhuan hopes to continue on his path of serving clients to the best of his ability.
