In 2003, Mr. Harris moved to Daytona Beach, FL, where he has since excelled of counsel to Kinsey, Vincent, Pyle, P.L.

To prepare for a career in law, Mr. Harris first pursued and completed his education. He earned an Associate of Arts from the Oxford College of Emory University in 1965, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in 1967, and a JD from the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida in 1970. He is a member of the 10th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee, the Lakeland Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the Volusia County Bar Association, and the Volusia Manufacturers Association.

In his free time, Mr. Harris is active in the motorsports industry, and he has served on the Board of Directors of the International Speedway Corporation for more than 30 years. He is a member of the Automobile Competition Committee for the United States Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) and is a Judge of the FIA International Tribunal and Court of Appeals for Motorsports.

In recognition of his professional excellence, Mr. Harris was named to the Honorable Kentucky Colonels in 1974 and honored by Phi Kappa Beta through their Key Collection program. Additionally, he was featured in Who’s Who in Finance and Industry, Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in American Law, Who’s Who in the South and Southwest, Who’s Who in the World, and Who’s Who of Emerging Leaders in America. As he looks to the future, Mr. Harris intends to continue working and succeeding in the field of law.
