Serving as a founding partner of Vogl Meredith Burke, LLP, since 2015, Mr. Walovich specializes in such practice areas as commercial liability, employment litigation, appeals and writers, construction injury and defects, environment and toxic torts, bad faith, and antitrust.

Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Walovich served as a partner of Emard Danoff Port Tamulski & Walovich LLP from 2013 to 2015, a partner of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP from 2005 to 2012, and a partner at Vogl and Meredith from 1991 to 2004. He began his career as an attorney with Collins, Amadeo, Walovich and Knapp from 1979 to 1981.

In preparation for his lauded career, Mr. Walovich first sought formal education, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame in 1976, followed by a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific in 1979. He has been admitted by the Bar of California, the United States District Court, and the United States Court of Appeals.

A member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Mr. Walovich was honored with the Associate Award from the organization in 2014, and he is listed as a Preeminent Lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell. Attributing his success to his passion for education and expanding his knowledge, Mr. Walovich wanted to be a lawyer from a young age, focusing his determination and drive on his studies until he became the successful figure he is today. In his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family.
