A partner at Melvin & Melvin, PLLC, since 1973, Mr. Bradley formerly served as a special assistant to the Attorney General of the state of New York from 1971 to 1973 and as a law assistant for the Appellate Division of the Third Judicial Department of the New York Supreme Court from 1969 to 1971.

To prepare for his celebrated career, Mr. Bradley earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Colgate University in 1966, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence, magna cum laude, from Syracuse University in 1969. He was admitted by the New York State Bar since 1970, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of New York in 1974 and 1975, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 1975, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York in 1979.

A leading expert in the field of law, Mr. Bradley maintains affiliation with numerous industry-related organizations, including multiple sections of the American Bar Association such as the litigation section, the forum on the construction industry, the tort and insurance practice section, the business law section, and the environmental section. Additionally, he is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Onondaga County Bar Association, and the American Arbitration Association.

In recognition of his exceptional undertakings, Mr. Bradley has accrued numerous accolades throughout his career. The recipient of the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award in 2017, he was also named a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and a biographee of Who’s Who in America. In addition, he was named part of the Distinguished Faculty by Lorman Education Services. Mr. Bradley holds an AV-Preeminent Peer Rating for Ethical Standards and Legal Abilities from Martindale-Hubbell.
