A widely regarded attorney, Mr. Morris is known for his focus on tax law as a shareholder with Nachmias Morris & Alt, PC. In this position, he takes great pride in the amount of clients he has represented as a result of word-of-mouth referrals. Mr. Morris remains committed to providing the highest level of representation, in addition to sharing his knowledge and experience as an adjunct law professor with the Graduate Law Program at the Villanova University School of Law. He previously served as an adjunct law professor with Temple University between 2007 and 2010.

Mr. Morris holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from Brandeis University, a Juris Doctor from Pennsylvania State University, a Master of Laws in taxation from the New York University School of Law, and a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University. After completing his first year of law school, Mr. Morris backpacked across Europe, an exciting experience through which he met and studied with Judge Antonin Scalia of the Supreme Court of the United States in Vienna, Austria. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Morris was recognized for being in the top 10 percent of his class. During this time, he was encouraged by one of the school’s deans to send out his resume right away and begin looking for jobs. Mr. Morris went on to join Schnader Harrison as a full-time legal professional after completing formal education.

As a leading expert in the legal community, Mr. Morris maintains involvement with the Tax Council and Tax Group of the Philadelphia Bar Association. He is also an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association. As Mr. Morris moves forward with his career, he intends to expand Nachmias Morris & Alt, PC, to include eight to 10 more lawyers, and the firm has plans to open a New York office, followed by a Florida office.
