As a former deputy district attorney in New Mexico and former investigative reporter, Mr. Day has accrued numerous experiences covering political corruption, and now represents the clients he used to document. While at Harvard, he studied the history of New Mexico, and was admitted to practice with the state, followed by the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico and the U.S. Court of Appeals in the Tenth Circuit.
