Margaret Davino, Partner at Fox Rothschild, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in Law.
With more than 20 years in the legal profession, Ms. Davino has found she is very fond of her clients, finding them interesting and wanting to do the right thing for them. She gives every client her experience and attention to detail, as well as her in-house experience. Ms. Davino has been admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. She has been with her firm since 2016, after serving the medical industry in the law, notably as vice president and general counsel of St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center.
Ms. Davino started her career in nursing with the University of Michigan, and moved into law thinking it would be a good combination. She earned a MBA from Seton Hall University and a JD from Vanderbilt University in 1983. In addition to her legal practice, she serves on the board of trustees for Lifespire, a nonprofit serving the developmentally disabled, and SFDS, a low-income housing development corporation. Ms. Davino would like to continue to grow the practice going forward, and enjoys skiing in her free time. Among numerous recognitions, she is the former chair of the Health Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, and was named to the 2018 Best Lawyers in America for Health Care Law.
