Mr. Vincent became involved in the law out of an interest as a young man. He specialized in business litigation, real estate, and banking law, and has lectured on topics for clients and CLE functions. He has engaged in creditor-related litigation throughout Texas, and represented numerous developers and tenants. Mr. Vincent has been honored as a Texas Super Lawyer and one of the 40-and-Under Texas Super Lawyers, both of Texas Monthly Magazine.
Mr. Vincent studied at the University of Georgia and earned a BA from the Southern Methodist University in 1988, going on to earn a JD in 1991 from Southern Methodist’s Dedman School of Law. He still belongs to the Football Letterman’s Club of the University of Georgia, and has since added memberships in the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, the Dallas Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the state of Texas, as well as the U.S. District Court in the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western districts of Texas.
In coming years, Mr. Vincent looks forward to continued growth for his firm. He has produced numerous documents for legal literature, and in 1992 he co-authored “The Ultimate Pretrial Notebook” to assist other attorneys. In his free time, Mr. Vincent enjoys spending time with his two sons, as well as playing baseball and football. He also gives his time to the Salvation Army, and works with food banks during Thanksgiving. Mr. Vincent is proud of being responsive to clients and being prepared, leaving no stone unturned. He has been a lawyer for 26 years.
