Mr. Moloshok has been a partner of his firm since 1993, as well as a prolific contributor to legal literature as the associate editor of the Antitrust Source and author of such works as “Free Speech Versus Fair Markets: Will Credit-Card Surcharge Cases Supercharge the First Amendment?” Mr. Moloshok was inspired to enter the profession by lawyers like Thurgood Marshall, William Kunstler, and Paul Rheingold. He has appeared in the pages of Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in American Law.

Born to Norman Moloshok and Rita Moloshok in New York, New York, Mr. Moloshok’s father was also a lawyer and one of his early mentors, along with the attorney Jacob Stein. Mr. Moloshok attended Trinity College and earned a JD from George Washington University in 1977. He has been admitted to practice with the U.S. Court of International Trade, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Supreme Court, and numerous district and circuit courts, as well as the states of Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York. Mr. Moloshok entered practice as an assistant clerk to the Superior Court of Connecticut in 1977. He served for six years as an associate of Delson & Gordon in New York, followed by two other firms before joining Hellring Lindeman Goldstein & Siegal in 1990, becoming partner three years later.

Mr. Moloshok intends to continue to practice law for many years to come, and loves what he does. He has volunteered for the fee arbitration committee of the Supreme Court of New Jersey from 2010 to 2014, and has been writing on law since 1988. He was chairman of the franchise and dealership committee of the antitrust section of the American Bar Association from 1999 to 2002, and has supported the bar associations of New York and New Jersey. In his free time, Mr. Moloshok runs triathlons. He is also the proud father of Rachel E., Jared S., and Hannah F. with his wife, Judith Ann Hudson.
